Una estrategia es un conjunto de decisiones complementarias orientadas a crear y mantener buenos negocios. Para ganar más hay que competir menos. Solo la constante renovación de la estrategia permite ganar sin competir legítimamente. Este curso explica en un leguaje accesible a todos cómo aplicar los principales conceptos vigentes de estrategia en la formulación de un plan de negocios creativo.

Las empresas deben innovar para descubrir nuevas oportunidades de negocios que permitan proyectar un crecimiento rentable. Esto en un contexto donde los buenos negocios son cada vez más difíciles de encontrar y cada vez menos duraderos.
Este curso explica en un leguaje accesible a todos cómo aplicar los principales conceptos vigentes de estrategia en la formulación de un plan de negocios creativo.
Estos conceptos incluyen: contexto competitivo y cooperativo, red de valor, co-opetición, ventaja competitiva por costo y en diferenciación, valor agregado, sustentación, amenazas de imitación y sustitución, amenazas de retención e ineficiencia, recursos y capacidades, coherencia interna y externa, creatividad e innovación estratégica, compromisos irreversibles, decisiones estratégicas, flexibilidad e incertidumbre, patching, crecimiento rítmico, y reglas simples.
Este curso gratuito de cinco semanas está orientado a todos los que hablan español que desean mejorar sus competencias en la formulación de estrategias de negocios, y establecer simultáneamente redes con hispano parlantes alrededor de todo el mundo. El curso incluye videos y lecturas, y hace amplio uso de casos para introducir las materias en forma realista y estimulante.
Los estudiantes desarrollará un proyecto trabajando en equipo a distancia y habrá retroalimentación entre los diferentes grupos.
