Ingrid Hollweck si è laureata in Economia e Commercio presso la Otto Friedrich Universität di Bamberg (Germania) e possiede un Master in Business Administration ottenuto presso la SDA Bocconi. Da 18 anni si occupa dello sviluppo delle persone, dei team di lavoro e delle organizzazioni, prima all'interno delle aziende per cui ha lavorato, quindi in consulenza. Ingrid Hollweck è coach certificato I.C.F (International Coach Federation). Lavora da 10 anni come Executive & Corporate Coach per aziende. Oltre a ciò è docente e facilitatore per seminari sui temi della Leadership e del comportamento organizzativo.
