Stéphanie Demoulin
Stephanie Demoulin owns a PhD in Psychological Sciences from the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium). Professor at the psychology department at the same university and member of the research institute of Psychological Sciences, she teaches negotiation in various university programs. Her main research interests are related to intergroup relations (stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination) and to the identification of psychological phenomena in interpersonal and intergroup negotiations. Her work has been published in various scientific journals and reviews such as Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Personality and Social Psychology Review, and Social Cognition. In March 2014, she published a book titled: « Psychologie de la négociation : Du contrat de travail au choix des vacances », Editions Mardaga. In this book, she explores the figure of negotiations from a psychological perspective based on rich social psychological experimental research.
