Chantal de Moerloose has a PhD in Management Science from UCL. She is professor in the marketing department at the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium). She also teaches at the University of Liège (Belgium) and in postgraduate trainings for executives, managers and directors. She is co-author with Jean-Jacques Lambin of “La recherche marketing” published by McGraw-Hill, “Problèmes de marketing, 20 études de cas”, published by Ediscience and “Marketing Stratégique et Opérationnel” published by Dunod in 2012 (8th edition). This book serves partially as baseline for this MOOC "Essentials of Marketing."
