This course from the Stanford Center for Health Education (SCHE) expands on some of the key considerations involved in implementing a successful telehealth program. Over the four weeks, you will uncover practical ways to foster positive clinical interactions by exploring the key elements of an efficient, meaningful, and human-centered clinician–patient telehealth experience. This course equips you to prepare and train your workforce — and refine your organizational structure — with telehealth in mind. It also unpacks the legal considerations relating to telehealth, as well as general best practices for billing and reimbursement.
