Neste curso, você aprenderá que com a evolução das organizações e da sociedade nas últimas décadas, o planejamento estratégico – PE tradicional ficou anacrônico e novas formas de processo estratégico surgiram. Syllabus

WEEK 1
Planejamento e Processos Estratégicos
Este módulo introduz o conceito de planejamento estratégico – PE e posiciona o aluno a respeito da sua evolução em função das transformações nas organizações e na sociedade. São apresentados os novos conceitos de processo estratégico nas organizações, como de estratégias emergentes e da intuição na criação de estratégias.

WEEK 2
Objetivos e Controles Estratégicos
Neste módulo, é desenvolvido o conceito de controle estratégico, com base no modelo do Balanced Scorecard - BSC. Apresentam-se os modelos de tradução de estratégia em objetivos organizacionais, mapas estratégicos e dimensões estratégicas segundo o BSC. É ainda apresentado um modelo de elaboração de planos de ação integrado aos indicadores de desempenho estratégico.

WEEK 3
Avaliação de Desempenho e Valor
Neste módulo, são desenvolvidos os principais conceitos de valor: financeiro, utilitário e relacional. Com base nos conceitos de valor são apresentados os principais modelos de avaliação de desempenho financeiro e social.

WEEK 4
Decisões de Investimento e Financiamento para Estratégia
Neste módulo são desenvolvidos os temas de decisão estratégica de financiamento e investimento. São apresentados os conceitos relacionados a investimentos de risco e retorno e modelos de avaliação de investimentos. São ainda apresentadas as principais fontes de financiamento, tanto de recursos próprios como de terceiros. Formas estratégicas para obtenção de recursos, como joint-venture, IPO e alianças estratégicas são discutidas.
