Magali Fassiotto

Dr. Fassiotto has worked in organizational change and organizational management for 15 years in the private, government, and educational sectors. She manages Stanford Medicine’s efforts in professional development activities, strategic initiatives related to the advancement of a diverse and inclusive faculty, and research related to faculty development and diversity. Dr. Fassiotto also leads and facilitates workshops for students, trainees, faculty, and staff on implicit bias, effective mentorship, team building, leading inclusive teams, and building inclusive classrooms. She has published widely in the areas of faculty diversity, implicit bias, professional development, and organizational identity.
