Next-Level Chatbot Building with SAP Conversational AI (openSAP)

SAP Conversational AI is an end-to-end, low-code chatbot-building platform that enables users to train, build, test, connect, and monitor chatbots in a single interface to simplify user experiences and business processes across SAP and third-party solutions. Chatbots can guide users to the right content, answer FAQs, and automate simple business tasks.

This course provides an overview of the new features available in SAP Conversational AI. Having created your own chatbots from scratch in our first openSAP course, let’s now deliver first-class user experiences by enhancing them with powerful capabilities including the skill of disambiguation, scripting syntax, regular expression entities, and more.
You’ll have the opportunity to train, build, connect, and monitor an FAQ chatbot from scratch, starting from a .csv file to retrieve answers automatically.
Finally, you’ll deep-dive into the enterprise edition of SAP Conversational AI, learn how it differs from the community edition, and discover its premium features, like the new TEST tab, seamless connections to SAP back-end systems, bot transport, and integration with SAP Fiori launchpad. You’ll also learn how to set up your enterprise edition account and migrate your existing chatbots there.
