To be successful in this course, no prior experience with career coaching or navigation is required; but we recommend completing the previous courses in the program so you can build on the knowledge and skills from those courses here.

WEEK 1
Technical Skills
As technology changes, so do the tools Career Navigators and clients use. Technology changes affect the career landscape, too. Learn how can Career Navigators keep up to date for themselves and their clients.
WEEK 2
Building Community Partnerships
One way to make sure you have the right resources for your clients is to build strong partnerships with stakeholders. Learn how to engage new stakeholders, discuss client progress with them and secure sources of funding.
WEEK 3
Professional Organizations and Career Development
So far, you've learned how to help clients grow and develop in their careers. Now it's time to focus on opportunities for Career Navigators to join professional organizations and progress in their careers.
WEEK 4
Capstone
In this final module, you will apply all the skills you have learned throughout the course to a final, graded project. You will also take a final exam.
