Maria Åkesson

Maria Åkesson holds a PhD in Business Administration at the Service Research Center (CTF) at Karlstad University in Sweden. Her main research interest is in the areas of service system and value co-creation through service, with a special interest in customers’ and employees’ roles in value co-creation. Dr Maria Åkesson is a member of the Swedish research school Management and Information Technology.
