Helen Ryall

Helen is the Healthy University Project Co-ordinator at the University of Edinburgh Sport & Exercise. Helen is passionate about promoting physical activity for health and has worked at local and national organisations across a range of sectors including the voluntary and care sectors, Health board, local authority and university settings. With a background in health promotion and Adapted Physical Activity, Helen is keen to ensure that everyone, regardless of age and ability, can participate in and enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle.
