I am a Chancellor’s Research Fellow in the Physical Activity for Health Research Centre, Institute for Sport, Physical Education and Health Sciences, University of Edinburgh. My background is in the development and evaluation of interventions to help people become more active. I focus on lifestyle behaviours, such as walking and cycling, that people can fit into their daily lives and have a particular interest in making physical activity interventions accessible to all individuals and reducing health inequalities.
