Amalia B. Stephens

 

 


 

After teaching at the American University in Cairo, Amalia Stephens joined the Language Institute and taught here from 1997 to 2001. She returned the summer of 2012. She has also taught English language learners in the Fulton County Public School System and as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Central African Republic. Prior to teaching, Amalia worked as a business writer in New York and Atlanta for newspapers, business publications and private companies. She pursues her interest in international concerns as a board member of the Atlanta Area Returned Peace Corps Volunteers and the Mundito Foundation.
