This beginner course is suitable for IT personnel who are just beginning to work with Microsoft Azure and want to demonstrate foundational level knowledge of cloud services and how those services are provided with Microsoft Azure platforms.
This course can help you prepare for AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam. This is the final course in a four-course program that prepares you to take the AZ-900 certification exam. This course gives you opportunities to hone your exam technique and refresh your knowledge of all the key areas assessed in the certification exam.
To be successful in this course, you need to have basic computer literacy and proficiency in the English language. You should be familiar with basic computing concepts and terminology, general technology concepts, including concepts of networking, storage, compute, application support, and application development. You should also be Familiarity with the concept of application programming interfaces or APIs. It is beneficial to have a high-level familiarity with relevant Microsoft products such as Dynamics 365 and Office 365.

WEEK 1
Certification and Exam Preparation
In this module, you’ll also have access to resources that will help you to prepare for the proctored exam, enhance your study techniques, and help develop successful exam strategies. You will have an opportunity to explore some other Microsoft certifications paths that can help to advance your career.

WEEK 2
Exam Prep 1
In this module, you will have an opportunity to recap some of the key points on cloud computing and core Microsoft Azure services. You will also take a practice exam that covers the skills measured in the cloud concepts and core Azure services domains in the AZ-900 Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals exam.

WEEK 3
Exam Prep 2
In this module, you will have an opportunity to recap the wide array of tools and services from Microsoft Azure. You will also recap the various Azure services you can use to help ensure that your cloud resources are safe, secure, and trusted. You will take a practice exam that covers the skills measured in the core solutions and management tools on Azure and general security and network security features domains in the AZ-900 Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals exam.

WEEK 4
Exam Prep 3
In this module, you will recap how Azure can help you secure access to cloud resources, what it means to build a cloud governance strategy, and how Azure adheres to common regulatory and compliance standards. You will also look back over the main factors that influence cost, tools you can use to help estimate and manage your cloud spend, and how Azure's service-level agreements (SLAs) can impact your application design decisions. You will take a practice exam that covers the skills measured in the identity, governance, privacy, and compliance features and Azure cost management and Service Level Agreements domains in the AZ-900 Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals exam.

WEEK 5
Exam Prep 4
In this module, you will take a practice exam to assess your knowledge and application of the key concepts covered in the AZ-900 Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals exam. The practice exam will cover the skills measured in the six domains of the certification exam: cloud concepts; core Azure services; core solutions and management tools on Azure; general security and network security features; identity, governance, privacy, and compliance features; and Azure cost management and Service Level Agreements.
