Shayne Roux
As a human resources professional and former Head of People and Organizational Effectiveness, Dr Shayne Roux has over 30 years of extensive Human Capital experience in the FMCG industry. Shayne is known and well respected for his skills in the management of Human Capital, which includes Human Resources Strategy, Talent Management, Organization Effectiveness, Organization Development, Executive/Business Coaching, Mentoring, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Culture Shaping.
Shayne also lectures at the University of Stellenbosch on a part-time basis in Talent Management and Organizational Behavior in the flagship Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic HR Management and the Industrial Psychology Masters Program. He has successfully worked with a wide diversity of organizations and has coached numerous individuals across job functions and personal settings.
