Rafatul Faria

Rafatul Faria earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 2012. She is currently pursuing her PhD degree in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University. Her current research interest includes the analysis and design of spin-based logic devices. Her previous research was on Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCL).
