Miguel A. Morales-Chan
Miguel Morales holds a Ph.D. in Information and Knowledge Engineering from the University of Alcalá de Henares, Spain. He also has a Master's degree in Educational Planning and Management from Universidad Galileo, and a Master's in Production and Management of e-Learning Projects from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, Spain.
Currently, he serves as the Director of the Digital Education Area and Coordinator of MOOC production at Universidad Galileo for edX. He is the author of the book 'Discover the Power of ChatGPT in the Classroom: 90 Templates for Creating Effective Prompts for Teaching' and, a Senior Researcher specializing in MOOCs, Artificial Intelligence in Education, STEAM, and Micro-Credentials.
Miguel has led the production of more than 50 successful MOOCs at edX with more than 1,000,000 students enrolled in the different cohorts. He has been responsible of the design and production of each MOOC, as well as, the development of educational innovations.
As a consultant in innovation and educational technology projects, he is recognized as an expert in digital education.
