Tony Morgan

Tony Morgan has 30 years experience of working in IT and technology related roles. He has worked at IBM since 1998, with roles including Chief IT Architect, Innovation Leader and Chief Innovation Officer for specific areas of IBM's business. His skills include developing and delivering collaborative innovation between IBM and its clients. Within IBM, he is one of the lead developers and teachers of an IBM Technical Master Class for senior techical and engineering professionals in delivering collaborative innovation with clients. He has taught this class in countries across Europe, the US and China.

In 2016, Tony was appointed by the Royal Academy of Engineering as Visiting Professor for Innovation in Industry with the University of Leeds. As part of his three year appointment, Tony will be working with the Faculty of Engineering and Leeds University Business School on a range of activities, including teaching and workshops, to increase the employability and skills of undergraduate and post graduate students, with a focus on key skill areas such as innovation management, design thinking, client collaboration and commercial awareness.
