Dr. SWM Kengen is assistant professor at the department of Agrotechnology and Food Sciences of Wageningen University & Research. His research focuses on microbiology, biochemical pathways and genomics. He also teaches several courses such as the on campus courses ‘Conversions in Biobased Sciences’ and ‘Metabolic Engineering of Industrial Microorganisms’.
