Megna Gangadin

Megna is an ambitious and focussed individual that has enjoyed the privilege of obtaining qualifications from several universities in South Africa. Megna holds a Bachelor of Dental Therapy degree from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, a Bachelor of Dentistry from the University of Limpopo (MEDUNSA), and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry from the University of Pretoria. Megna’s interest and area of expertise lies in the arena of Aesthetic dentistry and so she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree (MScDent) in Prosthodontics by completing a dissertation on tooth colour shade matching.
Megna currently works in the Department of Paediatric and Restorative Dentistry in the School of Oral Health Sciences (University of Witwatersrand) where she coordinates the Operative Dentistry course in the third year of study of the BDS degree. She also actively partakes in the preclinical and clinical teaching and training of undergraduate dental students.
