Manu Gupta

Prof Manu Kumar Gupta is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, one of the oldest technical institutions in Asia engaged in conducting research and providing education mainly through engineering, sciences, and business degree programs. Prof. Manu earned his doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from IIT Bombay. He has worked as a researcher in the industry and academia at the intersection of operations research and machine learning. He has an interest in varied subjects, such as decision-making under uncertainty, optimization, operations research, supply chain management., AI for business applications. One of the significant projects he has worked on is " Reinforcement learning as a Decision Support Tool in Non-stationary Environments".
