Maciej Soja

Maciej Soja has been with the Radar Remote Sensing Group since December 2009, first as a PhD student, and since October 2014 as a post-doctoral researcher. Maciej’s research focuses on the estimation of forest parameters such as biomass and tree height from spaceborne synthetic-aperture radar (SAR) sensors. His current work also focuses on the implementation of a tower radar experiment, which will improve our knowledge about electromagnetic scattering from forests at long wavelengths (between 30 cm and 70 cm).
