Stephan Hitchins
Stephan Hitchins: Skilled in the methodology of design thinking, strategic branding, and visual communications, Stephan’s key interests are complex problem-solving through human-centred design, promoting critical thinking in teams through collaboration, and increasing the flow of knowledge exchange between individuals through strategic leadership.
Stephan is passionate about education and expanding cognitive flexibility using digital platforms and e-learning. Stephan has a Bachelor of Design, a Master of Design Futures, and an MBA. He has lectured in design thinking, strategic branding, visual communication, creative entrepreneurship, and cross-cultural design at several higher education institutions. Within higher education, his roles have included lecturer, unit coordinator, and joint unit chair, where he was responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the associated curriculum.
