Paul Dempsey

Paul Dempsey has experience of a wide range of Revenue administration and public sector reform matters. Paul retired as Assistant Secretary General and Accountant General of the Irish Revenue Administration after almost 40 years’ service. Paul has worked as a short-term expert with the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department for four years, participating in missions and capacity development in Asia and Europe. He holds an M.Sc. in Innovation Management in the Public Sector from the University of Ulster (United Kingdom) and Letterkenny Institute of Technology (Ireland) and a BA in Public Administration from the Institute of Public Administration (Dublin, Ireland).
