Mikael Huss

Mikael Huss is a bioinformatics scientist at SciLifeLab and Stockholm University. He obtained a PhD in computer science from the Royal Institute of Technology in 2007 and has been working with bioinformatics and data analysis related to massively parallel DNA sequencing experiments since then. Mikael's research currently focuses on RNA sequencing and metagenomics, and he frequently applies R for his problem solving.
