Maureen Maher

Maureen is a MOOC enthusiast and advocate of revolutionizing education. She holds a BA and an MA from the University of Georgia. From 2008 to 2011, Maureen was an educator in Vienna, Austria during which time she taught students from over 40 different countries. From 1999-2007, she taught in a secondary school in Texas, where she first became involved in curriculum development and technology integration in the secondary classroom. Maureen has worked in adult education, nonprofit, and immigrant advocacy as well. She holds multiple secondary teaching certificates. Maureen enjoys reading, writing and learning foreign languages. She resides in Europe.
