Mark Cotteleer

Mark Cotteleer is a research director with Deloitte Services, LP. His 25 years of consulting experience focuses on issues related to performance and performance improvement and covers a wide range of topics including advanced manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and business analytics. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mark was a professor at Marquette University where he taught and conducted research on technology and supply chain management and co-led the Marquette University Center for Supply Chain Management. His research is widely published in top management and academic journals such as the Harvard Business Review, Production and Operations Management, MIS Quarterly, and others.
