Jennifer Chizek
Jennifer Chizek is the Student Outreach Specialist with the Global Engagement Team in the Office of the Provost. She supports students, student organizations, faculty, and staff seeking assistance in organizing international educational experiences. With a particular focus on health and safety, Jennifer delivers on-demand pre-departure workshops, creates pre-departure resources (e.g. checklists, worksheets, slide decks, videos, etc.), and provides individual student consultations. Jennifer has a B.A. in Creative Writing and African Studies from Michigan State University and an M.A. in African Studies from Indiana University. Jennifer's background is in international development, community engagement, and education abroad, primarily on the African continent.
