David Mee-Lee

David Mee-Lee, M.D., is co-founder of the Institute for Wellness Education. He is chief editor of the American Society of Addiction Medicine's (ASAM) Criteria for the Treatment of Addictive, Substance-Related, and Co-Occurring Conditions; senior vice president of The Change Companies; and a senior fellow, Justice Programs Office of the School of Public Affairs at American University, Washington, D.C. Dr. Mee-Lee has trained and consulted for organizations across the U.S. and abroad, including Australia, Japan, Singapore, Germany, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the UK. He also has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles on addiction and co-occurring conditions.
