Dr. Wladimir Klitschko, 43, became one of the most successful boxers of the heavyweight division, with a career spanning more than a quarter of a century. The former heavyweight champion is committed to sharing his experience with organizations through Klitschko Ventures, founded in Hamburg in 2016, to spread the word of his life-philosophy Challenge Management and his method F.A.C.E. the Challenge. By doing so, he and his team enable projects, create and innovate products and education programs, and establish new ventures. Already back in 2016, he initiated the study course "CAS Change & Innovation Management" in partnership with the University of St.Gallen. “See the challenge, not the problem, and create life-changing opportunities out of failures” is his mantra.
