Victor Scholten

Victor Scholten is Assistant Professor and Director of the Delft Centre for Entrepreneurship at Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands.

Before joining Delft University of Technology in 2007, he held the position of Assistant Professor at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He received a PhD in entrepreneurship in 2006 at Wageningen University, The Netherlands. Since 2009, he was program manager of various BSc and MSc programs. As of January 2016, he has become the director of the Delft Centre for Entrepreneurship.

Profile of the Delft Centre for Entrepreneurship

The interest in entrepreneurship at TU Delft is increasing and the Delft Centre for Entrepreneurship sees a strong uptake among students and faculty members to follow a variety of courses in Technology-Based Entrepreneurship at bachelor, master and post-graduate level. The Delft Centre for Entrepreneurship embraces various research approaches, methods and teaching techniques to develop courses which are followed by more than 400 students and many of them have started their own company.
