Sébastien Leduc

Mr. Sébastien Leduc is an economist in the Tax Policy Division of the International Monetary Fund’s Fiscal Affairs Department. Prior to joining the IMF in 2016, Mr. Leduc was a senior tax policy analyst in the Canadian Department of Finance, where he advised on issues related to the design of Canada’s corporate income tax system, with a specific focus on international taxation.
