Nitesh Chawla

Professor Nitesh Chawla is the Frank M. Freimann Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, and director of the research center on Network and Data Sciences (iCeNSA) and Data Inference Analytics and Learning Lab (DIAL) at the University of Notre Dame. He is an award-winning researcher, scholar and teacher. His research is making fundamental advances in machine learning, data science, Big Data, and network science, while driving interdisciplinary innovations in health and biomedical informatics, learning analytics, social and information networks, climate and environmental sciences, and national security.
