Lesley Lipscombe

I joined the Guild after eight years with Creative Skillset where my first job was in the Film Team running the Film & TV Bursary scheme moving on to develop and manage the Film Trainee Network scheme; placing new entrants on Productions and in Pre-Production, Exhibition and Distribution. I then transferred across to the Development Team and worked with Film & TV professionals to develop industry specific National Occupational Standards and Vocational Qualifications, most recently developing two Qualifications for new entrants into Film & TV Production.
Along the way I have been Deputy Director of the BKSTS (British Kinematograph Sound and Television Society) worked for a unit caterer, as a freelance Administrator/Co-ordinator for an SFX company and as a Development Manager in the Financial Services sector.
