Karoline Faust

Karoline Faust is Assistant Professor in Microbiological Bioinformatics at the Department of Microbiology, Immunology and Transplantation at KU Leuven. She completed her PhD in 2010 and is leading the group of Microbial Systems Biology since 2016. She is an experienced bioinformatician and internationally known for her analysis of large-scale microbiome data sets.
