Jungwoo Chun

Jungwoo (Jung) Chun is an international affairs and social scientist by training. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at MIT, studying public policy and planning, with a focus on urban sustainability and institutional innovation.
Jung has had training on issues of international environmental policy, sustainability sciences, and economic analysis including statistical methodology. On a more practical side, he has experience in designing governance frameworks for international organizations and negotiating with multiple stakeholders on topics related to international waters and energy resources. He holds an MA in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and BA and MA in International Studies from Korea University.
