John Delury

A graduate of Yale University, Professor Delury is an accomplished historian with numberous publications in the field of North East Asian studies. Since earning his doctorate in 2007, Professor Delury has worked for the Center on U.S.-China Relations, Asia Society (New York, NY), as associate director. He concurrently served as director to the China Boom Project and the North Korea Inside Out Task Force. Prior to joining the Yonsei faculty, Professor Delury taught at Columbia, Brown, and Yale Universities, as well as Peking University in Beijing. His areas of expertise include China and North Korea.
