Ivan Vasil'evskii
Ivan Vasil'evskii is Professor at Condensed Matter Physics Department of National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (NRNU MEPhI).
He obtained his MS degree (2003) and PhD in Condensed Matter Physics (2006) from Lomonosov Moscow State University, working on the epitaxy and electron quantum transport study in A3B5 quantum wells. Since 2002 he worked at the Institute of ultra high frequensy semiconductor electronics of Russian Academy of Science, since 2008 at NRNU MEPhI, where his research interest is low dimensional semiconductor physics and technology, molecular beam epitaxy of A3B5 systems, heterostructure devices nanofabrication.
Ivan Vasil'evskii received several prizes for his studies, among them the Best NRNU MEPhI Lecturer Award and the Grants of the President of the Russian Federation.
