Hubo Cai is a professor of civil engineering and professor of construction engineering and management with joint appointment with the Lyles School of Civil Engineering and Division of Construction Engineering and Management at Purdue University. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management Engineering from Tongji University in 1998, and MS and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2002 and 2004, respectively.
