Hiroshi Nishiura

Dr. Nishiura is an Associate Professor at Graduate School of Medicine, The University of Tokyo. His research interests include statistical epidemiology of infectious diseases, epidemiological modeling and biomathematical formulation of the transmission dynamics of infectious diseases. Exploiting mathematical models, he aims to answer policy-relevant questions by using empirical data and statistical techniques.
