Dr. Bregnhøj is a specialist within capacity building of Water Supply & Sanitation, Environmental Management and E-learning. He holds a Ph.D. on drinking water treatment in Developing Countries. He has experience from numerous assignments on projects overseas since 1988, holding the positions of project leader, team leader, project co-ordinator, water supply and water quality specialist and Demand Responsive Approach specialist.
