Ezethu Mandlelize

Ezethu is currently working as a Monitoring and Evaluation officer for the Centre for Learning on Evaluation and Results at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa with a programme aimed at supporting the use of Monitoring and Evaluation as a source of evidence for oversight, within African Legislatures. Ezethu has worked for various NGO’s as a researcher and programme evaluator, as well as South African academic institutions, lecturing to a range of under-graduate students in the areas of Monitoring and Evaluation, Results based Management and the Political Economy of Development. Her country experience in evaluation capacity building, advocacy and the generation of M&E evidence for policy and decision making includes Ghana, Uganda, Benin, Kenya, Zimbabwe and Tanzania.
