Elham Kheradmand

Elham is a postdoctoral researcher at Université de Montréal. Her work focuses on developing machine learning methods in sustainable finance, especially topics related to climate change. She was also a lead AI scientist at Clearsum and a Research and Development Scientist at Axionable. She is currently an AI project manager at AI Launch Lab and supports students in successfully accomplishing AI-based projects. Elham was a mentor at Mila and Athena Pathways, helping Mila’s students and Canadian women achieve their personal and professional development objectives. She is a member of Women in AI and Women in Climate Tech, which aim toempower and amplify the voices of women and non-binary people in AI and climate tech. Her mission is also to encourage more women to join the AI world.
