Carme Arenas is a member of the Linguapax Board. She is a translator, writer and publisher. Formerly President of Catalan PEN (2010 - 2018) and Linguapax International (2014-2016), Arenas has been editor-in-chief of the PEN literary review 'Catalan Writing'. She has a Degree in Philology and History of Art. She has worked as teacher, professor, translator and publisher and has contributed to the creation and publication of many book collections, literature exhibitions and literary websites.
