I work at the National Food Institute, at the Technical University of Denmark since 2010. Originally from Portugal, I moved to Denmark after graduating as a veterinarian (DVM) at the Technical University of Lisbon, in 2009. My work is focused on microbial risk assessment, the analysis of genomic data and antimicrobial resistance in the food chain. I am as passionate about learning as I am about teaching.
