W. Charles Thomas

Charles Thomas is a compassionate leader who passionately believes taking care of people benefits the organization. He has spent the last decade teaching and leading change in Sacramento City Unified, the Twin Rivers Unified School District, and now manages programs for Connections Learning. Mr. Thomas holds an M.B.A. from Western Governors University and a B.A. in Political Science from U.C. Davis.
