Vilhelm Persson

Vilhelm Persson is professor of Public Law at Lund University. He has a broad interest in public law and his research has dealt with both constitutional and administrative law. Much of his research involves issues that arise when national public law meets today’s globalized world. His dissertation investigates the competence of Swedish public authorities to conclude administrative agreements with foreign counterparts, what the agreements may deal with and consequences of agreements concluded ultra vires.
