Stéphane Sauvage

Stéphane has been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Atmospheric Sciences and Environmental Engineering at IMT Lille Douai since 2009. He is an expert in air quality issues especially on reactive trace gases from their in-situ monitoring to their source apportionment as well as the understanding of their fate at different scales. He is the principal investigator of the French EMEP background monitoring network, and has been involved in several research programs (MEGAPOLI, ECOCEM, TRANSEMED, CHARMEX, LANDEX). He is (co-)author of 30 peer-reviewed articles in the fields of VOC measurement methods, trend analysis, and source apportionment.
