Sena Oztosun

Ms. Sena Oztosun is a Research Analyst in the Institute for Capacity Development (ICD), International Monetary Fund. A few months prior to joining the IMF, she received her Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Columbia University in May 2017. During the third year of her undergraduate studies, she studied abroad at the University of Oxford. She previously worked as a research assistant at Columbia University, and as a summer intern at the Ministry of Economy in Ankara. She has also worked as a journalist at Hurriyet Newspaper of Turkey, and has a publication which received a prize in fiction at New York Book Festival 2011. In her free time she enjoys reading, writing, singing, traveling and acting in local film and TV productions.
