Saul Nurick

Dr Nurick lectures financial maths for property and construction students, property feasibility analysis, and valuation and property finance. His academic qualifications include a BCom, BSc (Hons) in property studies, and MPhil, all from UCT, in addition to a PhD from WITS. He is also a qualified chartered surveyor, registered as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Prior to joining UCT in 2012, he worked in Johannesburg for a listed property company and briefly in the UAE for a project management consultancy. His current research interests include green building, property finance, and workplace productivity.
